Name: April McCaskey Position: Second Grade Teacher Residence: Hudson, MI Family Status: I am married and have two children, Jakob and Kristen.

Education: I received my Bachelor’s Degree from Siena Heights University.

Work Experience: I have substituted throughout the Lenawee and Hillsdale counties for a year, includung a long term substitute position.

Teaching Philosophy: I view my learners as individuals that are unique in their own style of learning. It is my goal to create a positive, fair, and equal classroom which fosters the needs of all learners.

Most Rewarding Teaching Moment: I find it very rewarding to watch students strive for their personal best while still enjoying the learning process.
